Alison Tripp leads a team of recruiters in search of "aggressive, smart" employees who help create DPR’s culture and a great place to work. As recruiting leader, Alison uses her vast recruiting and career counseling experience to drive the company forward, finding top talent for DPR ranging from administrative to superintendents to craft employees.

Alison understands the strong technical skills and builder mindset needed to best serve DPR's customers. Scouting talent for offices across the globe, her team is the first step in building great teams who build great things.
