DPR Tampa is frequently recognized for building award-winning projects that are changing the landscape of this iconic Gulf Coast city and surrounding region. Staffed with a strong team of technical builders DPR has been part of several recent projects that are contributing to Tampa’s urban growth including the new Hyatt Place-Hyatt House duel branded hotel, the Renaissance at West River development and the Tampa Heights Union Office buildings which includes the buildout of DPR’s new Tampa office.

Featuring classic Tampa styling such as Cuban interior finishes, and the industrial warehouse aesthetic of the Tampa Heights area, the office has been recognized by Tampa Bay Business Journal as one of the Coolest Offices in Tampa Bay and one of the Best Places to Work.
The 9,300-sq.-ft. office space closely aligns with DPR's open office culture. To encourage people to gather in a flexible work environment, we've incorporated indoor and outdoor wireless access points, plenty of plug-in stations, and flexible hotel desks and furniture. We aimed to create a space that felt welcoming to our craft employees, trade partners, owners, and design partners alike.
