Ever Forward: DPR Announces New Regional Management Teams

Who we build is as important as what we build at DPR. This means we are committed to the ongoing professional development of employees, including providing opportunities for continuous growth and for taking on new levels of responsibility. We are pleased to formally announce the following Regional Management Team updates.

PHOENIX

Mike Ford, who has been running DPR’s Phoenix office for more than a decade, has joined DPR’s Management Committee and is transitioning to the east coast to provide strategic direction to the company’s Fairfax, VA, and Atlanta operations. The Phoenix office is now being led by a Regional Management Team, including Dave Elrod as the new Regional Manager, Derek Kirkland, Guy Sanders, Hamilton Espinosa, Brett Helm and Tom Maples.

REDWOOD CITY

Jody Quinton is the new Regional Manager of the Redwood City office, DPR’s largest region. Quinton, an accomplished builder who has been with DPR for more than 10 years, is joined by the Redwood City Regional Management Team of Gavin Keith, Mark Thompson and Steve Spence. In addition, George Pfeffer, who recently led a team to the successful completion of the Genentech CCP-2 project (see cover story), is transitioning into a national leadership role, focusing on operational processes, employee development and a company-wide project management system conversion.

SAN JOSE

DPR’s San Jose office has also experienced leadership changes this year. The new San Jose Regional Manager is Greg Haldeman, supported by the Management Team of George Hurley and Scott Greubel. Haldeman took over Regional Manager responsibilities from Jim Carter, who now leads DPR’s national Preconstruction Group and works with specific healthcare customers in the Bay Area.

“These individuals represent some of the very best that DPR has to offer and will help shape the future of our organization,” said Doug Woods, the D and co-founder of DPR. “We’re at a very exciting time in our short history as we continue to identify and cultivate our next generation of leaders and provide opportunities for people to grow.”
