DPR was awarded this project for an advanced tech client at their headquarters to convert an existing office space into a high-end lounge area with custom finishes to showcase their products and to provide a space for employees to unwind and collaborate. The new space includes a virtual reality space, tech center, and gaming area.
DPR was able to condense an original 10 week construction schedule to seven weeks to support a critical event where key executives and many employees were present to support the opening of the new Experience Lounge. The DPR team and trade partners banded together, working many long hours to execute and deliver to meet the client's schedule goal.
