DPR built this free-standing medical campus in Bel Air, MD, which included new site work development for an 11-acre site and a new three-story, steel-frame building with a masonry/glass/metal panel exterior. Due to performance on the originally contracted core and shell work, DPR was exclusively awarded the tenant improvement work for Medstar Health, which occupies approximately 70,000 sq. ft. of the building. The project was awarded the 2017 Excellence in Construction Project of the Year Award by the Associated Builders & Contractors of Baltimore.

The facility houses urgent and primary care suites; orthopedic, cardio, oncology and other medical practices; MRI and CT scanning technology; and a community room.
