DPR Construction partnered with Baylor Scott & White to deliver a state-of-the-art medical center in Frisco, TX—one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. The facility is a 340,00-sq.-ft., 84-bed hospital including emergency and trauma care, ORs, gastroenterology and robotic technology, cardiac procedure rooms, imaging and intervention radiology services, and an entire floor dedicated to women's health, including labor and delivery rooms, a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and postpartum recovery suites.

With $55 million of the $70 million total project value executed through DPR’s self-perform work (SPW), this project exemplifies the power of in-house expertise. SPW crews put in over 1.4 million work hours handling concrete, framing, drywall, finishes and more, enabling tighter coordination, enhanced quality control and schedule certainty.
