This project is the third in a series of nine projects within the CA Lottery’s program to convert all of its district offices and distribution facilities to Net-Zero Energy facilities. Building on the successes and lessons learned from the first two projects, the DPR team overcame many obstacles to successfully complete the project for the owner on schedule and under budget.

Details
The Fresno District Office project was a Net-Zero Energy Tenant Improvement, converting a former data center in a pre-engineered metal building into the new Central Valley District Office. The project included roof-mounted photovoltaics, a multi-purpose training room, open and private offices and warehouse space. The project included an enhanced security scope based on the nature of the facility.
The project is targeting LEED Gold, along with Net-Zero Energy Certification.
