Kaiser Foundation Hospital selected DPR to perform tenant improvements on Kaiser’s Carson medical facility. DPR provided the preconstruction and construction services required to accommodate the build-out of all remaining shell space at the Carson medical offices, including improvements to the adjoining parcel of land.

Details
The build-out consists of 46,000-sq.-ft. on the first floor, 47,000-sq.-ft. on the third floor and approximately 2.96 acres of land to provide 230 surface parking stalls. The improvements include site and infrastructure related to the building’s use including specialty services and ambulatory surgery center. Third-floor improvements house inpatient specialty services and the first-floor improvements include new operating rooms, pain procedure rooms, gastroenterology procedure rooms, conference space, administrative space, and expanded radiology.
