Located in the heart of Aventura, CCRM Miami included a full fit-out of over 16,000-sq.-ft. The state-of-the-art Fertility - Ambulatory Surgery Center included an Operating Room (OR), Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) with Pre/Post Operation Bays, Nurses Station, Exam Rooms, IVF Lab, Cryotank Storage, and other support areas. The facility is equipped with high end finishes and is equipped for critical care, fertility research, and more. The surgery center included all the necessary components for critical care including medical gases, nurse call, and emergency back-up.

Young Professionals of CCRM
There are many aspects of the project that make it special including the leadership of young professionals, complexity and required coordination with entities beyond our contractual requirements, complexity of the build-out while maintaining an injury free environment and attention to detail required for the high-end finishes and healthcare expertise required.
The project site team was comprised of young professionals including the Project Manager, Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent. Making it even more special, the Project Manager, transitioned from Preconstruction to provide a seamless transition through the construction process. This eliminated any scope gaps and expedited start of construction as no time was wasted on familiarization of the project and key players. With oversight from a Project Executive, the young project team was able to deliver the project in a quality and timely manner that resulted in recommendations for additional projects with the client.
The success of the young professional team included a clean safety record, healthcare expertise provided, and execution of a high-quality project through self-perform while maintaining budget and schedule.

The team utilized our self-perform team for the following scopes: Drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors/ frames hardware, concrete,
CMU, and division 10 specialties, which provided high quality finishes. The quality in the finishes is most evident in the curved soffits and curved walls throughout the 16,000-sq.-ft.
