CNL Tower II & Parking Garage Expansion | Orlando, Florida

The 291,000-sq.-ft., 12-story CNL Center II office tower is located in Downtown Orlando adjacent to City Hall. The project consisted of an office building, an expansion to the existing parking structure, a sky bridge connecting the two, and associated site work. DPR built two additional levels on top of the existing seven-level garage. A 300-ft., air-conditioned pedestrian walkway from the existing sky bridge to Tower I and City Hall was constructed, makes it possible to walk to Tower I, Tower II, and City Hall without going outside.
