DPR was selected for the 183,000-sq.-ft. tenant improvement for the client's fiber optic communications global headquarters. The new office includes collaborative open work stations, technology labs, wellness rooms, large conference and training spaces, private offices, as well as a full service Kitchen and Coffee Bar.
Project
Details
The space was designed to highlight the client's technology products. The high end finishes, designed by Gensler, are part of a larger initiative to attract and retain the best and the brightest in the workforce aligned with the client’s core values. To achieve the high end finishes, the team defined more than 28 distinguishing features of the project also known as DFOW and established measurable criteria for each. Because of the collaboration, all parties assumed risk and arrived at the project’s finish with very little re-work.
