DPR’s roots in Charlotte, North Carolina date back to 2015, and over a short few years, the team has experienced monumental growth in the Queen City. To accommodate this growth, DPR built out a new, 20,000-sq.-ft. office in the heart of Charlotte's Lower SouthEnd neighborhood.

Details

The space includes 8,100 sq. ft. of office space with 11,900 sq. ft. of warehouse and storage space. The warehouse space includes storage for DPR's self-perform team, a prefabrication area for interior build-out projects, and an area for full-scale mock-ups.

Focus On

Employee Experience

The office space closely aligns with DPR's open office culture and includes collaborative spaces and a large 36-person training room. To promote employee well-being, the office also includes a wellness room and future space for a gym facility with showers. Twelve built-in roof Solatubes® provide natural lighting, and a planned photovoltaic system will promote the use of solar energy.
