Echo Street West is a first-of-its-kind 19-acre development in Atlanta’s Westside. Project
Phase 1 Office includes a four-story, 273,000-sq.-ft. office building, constructed of cutting-edge steel and cross-laminated timber, an underground 635-space covered parking deck and a two-story, 21,000-sq.-ft. creative loft space. These unique workspaces offer incredible exterior views, an abundance of natural light, balconies for every suite, and clean building technology, promoting a healthy, thriving environment where people actually want to live and work. There is also a 3,000-sq.-ft. amenity center and a 5,000-sq.-ft. commercial gym.
The DPR team will be self-performing the footings and transition caps beneath the structure. This will include formwork for foundation, placement of concrete and rebar, and pumping. DPR's drywall team will also be performing all framing and drywall including walls, ceilings, shell framing, and core building areas.
