The project consists of complete demolition and interior renovation of roughly 9,800 sq.-ft., replacement of all (5) roof top HVAC units. The finished space consists of complete renovation of the 1st and 2nd floor lobby spaces, huddle, conference, marketplace/cafe, accounting, MDF and safe rooms. The project includes high end finishes and design concepts ranging from inset wall details, an aluminum and glass garage door at the training room and open wood ceilings throughout the space.
Flexibility in action
This project started and completed during the early stages of Covid and was successfully completed with issues ranging from material availability to project shutdown midway through the project. The entire project adapted to proper Covid procedures once the project was restarted, while the DPR team worked from distance of both the client and the A/E team. To this date the owner's rep and A/E project team has yet to be able to visit the project due to company travel restrictions but has raved about the success they have had with the DPR team.
