The project, a new patient intake building and inpatient behavioral health facility at the Father Martin’s Ashley campus, included the admissions functions and a nursing/medical area that serves new patients during the admission process. The two-story, 36-bed facility also includes a fitness center, wellness services and associated clinical and office space. Additionally, DPR performed several campus upgrades including a new guard house at the main entrance and a new wastewater treatment plant.

With the addition of Skip’s Hall, DPR helped Father Martin’s Ashley campus increase their capacity capabilities to host 100 patients at a time, improve the transition process from admission to medical assessment to residence, and ultimately reduce the stress a patient often faces with the decision to seek treatment.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) was an asset for above-ceiling coordination. Meanwhile, DPR also tracked waste diversion, recycling more than 85% of construction waste.
