Located adjacent to Foundry I, home of DPR Austin's office, Foundry II is a new 161,911-sq.-ft. mixed-use building located in the heart of Austin’s East Side neighborhood.

Details

Designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture and developed by Cielo Property Group, this new six-floor structure will provide multiple outdoor spaces for its business and retail tenants, including a 3,000-sq.-ft. patio. The building was designed to meet LEED criteria and includes four levels of below-grade parking.

This building provides a unique sentiment—it presented an opportunity for the developer to relocate a historic Austin home and helped to provide a new home to a woman affected by homelessness.
