Fuller Theological Seminary - Do Won & Jin Sook Chang Student Housing & Commons | Pasadena, California
The Do Won and Jin Sook Chang Student Housing project for Fuller Seminary is comprised of a single level sub-grade, 62,500-sq.-ft. garage with 144,000-sq.-ft. of four housing structures built on a concrete podium deck. The three four-story structures consist solely of 179 residential units, while the single five-story structure includes a first-level community floor with four levels of residential above. The resident units range from single lofts to four-bedroom townhome-style units for graduate level students and their families. The project required extensive demolition of existing structures and site improvements. The project achieved zero defects. In addition to this project, DPR has completed the David Allan Hubbard Library Expansion and Renovation on the Fuller campus. DPR also self-performed drywall on both of these projects.
