HonorHealth | Osborn Medical Center CSPD Renovation | Scottsdale, AZ

This project required taking the entire Central Sterile Processing Department (CSPD) down and transitioning their operations to a nearby facility to keep an active CSPD for the HonorHealth Osborn Medical Center. This was no easy task for the facility considering the volume that passes through this department. Once the CSPD was moved, the existing drywall, ceilings, walls, flooring and lights were removed and upgraded with suitable finishes for sterile and decontamination environments. Over a month of pre-planning and coordination took place prior to starting the project to ensure all materials were ordered and subcontractor partners were prepared for a quick turnaround project. The project was completed with zero defects and turned over a week early.
