The Scottsdale Fashion Square premier co-working space will set a new precedence for Industrious’ Global Design Standards. Located in a vacant Barney’s department store in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, this project focuses on high-end finishes and amenities for their clients, including skylights and numerous detailed glass elements to promote day-light.

In addition, a café and kitchen have been built on-site. This space offers a distinct yet comfortable place to spend the workday which includes several small and large conference rooms, individual workspaces, privacy rooms, a library, and open collaboration space, making Industrious an ideal place for any kind of worker or group.
This adaptive reuse project required a unique strategy to build within the 20-foot floor to ceiling shell space, with supplemental steel to build new walls. With help from the architects at Nelson, the design concept further highlights industrial styled elements such as exposed wood and steel grand staircase, several metal panels throughout the space, and a living green wall.
