Details
The project consisted of an office fit-out of 29,000-sq.-ft. with a variety of industrial style storefronts with open ceilings to allow natural light. Features include light portals in hallways, premium workplace amenities, wellness rooms, craft and coffee bar, common areas, conference rooms, phone booths, and collaboration spaces. During construction, we installed a complex HVAC system to accommodate numerous workspaces.
Working in An
Occupied Space
DPR actively worked in the occupied mall with tenants below the construction space. Constant coordination was maintained with tenants and mall security all while working around publicly occupied areas. The space includes high-end finishes and coordination with Industrious vendors to complete high-end office space.
