Los Angeles Master Plan
Los Angeles Master Plan | Los Angeles, CA
The "LAMP" project consisted of new construction and substantial renovation to a Los Angeles manufacturing facility. This 11.6-acre site is home to a one billion dollar per year plasma manufacturing plant that produces injectable proteins derived from the fractionation of human blood plasma for therapeutic use in humans.
Construction included a ground-up 118,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing production building and 96,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing support building. Other significant improvements to the existing campus included demolition, upgrades to site utilities, 9,000-sq.-ft. renovations to a small-scale pilot plant and laboratory, and Phase I renovations to an existing 39,500-sq.-ft. cafeteria and office building.
