Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company’s Sterile Fill Finish Facility is a DPR Construction project in the Deep Ellum area of Dallas. The project consists of conversion and upgrade of a 22,600-sq.-ft. office/warehouse space to develop into a fill/finish space for small-batch generic prescription medication, the first-of-its-kind for the company.
The facility will serve as a pilot plant for future commercial manufacturing sites that will focus on producing generic prescription drugs that are currently on the FDA shortage list, ones that would normally not, but now become accessible for all, regardless of insurance status.
Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company Finish/Fill Facility is one of the first Life Science projects in the Deep Ellum area of Dallas, TX.
