This 22,000-sq.-ft. ground-up, single-story medical office building serves as an additional medical emergency center in Hanover County. Despite weather delays and client-driven changes, DPR built this ground-up project in just nine months and finished nearly two weeks ahead of schedule.

Details
The facility features an imaging center (including CT scanner and future MRI space), a free-standing emergency department and a medical laboratory. Additional office space provides the facility with a bone density room, ultrasound room and mammography room.
