Miller Hull Studio Tenant Improvement
Miller Hull Studio Tenant Improvement | San Diego, CA
Miller Hull selected DPR Construction to help with an upgrade to a 4,600-sq.-ft. cold shell they designed for their workspace in The Wharf at Point Loma. The scope includes open office space, conference rooms, model shop improvements and design-build MEPF infrastructure. Celebrating the view of San Diego Bay, the new studio creates a collaborative, open office setting that engages and inspires its staff and its visitors.

In addition to certification, the primary drivers of the San Diego renovation were occupant health and comfort considerations. Daylight and fresh, outside air can be accessed from almost anywhere in the space through manually-operated, full-height windows. As part of the Materials Petal, the design team put extensive effort toward eliminating harmful chemicals from the Living Building Challenge Red List, using regional materials and wood certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. Altogether, the new Miller Hull San Diego studio creates a welcoming atmosphere where both staff and visitors experience a collaborative, open setting, framed by beautiful bayside views.
