MKS Instruments Inc., a provider of products and technologies measuring, controlling, powering and monitoring critical process parameters in advanced manufacturing, has relocated its operations and manufacturing. The company moved to a newly renovated space in Beaverton, Oregon.

Details
DPR Construction completed the build-out of 115,000-sq.-ft. space for electronics manufacturing that included office, lab, and cleanroom spaces. The two-story commercial building included a high-bay lower floor with 65,000-sq.-ft. of multiple spaces including MEP, metrology, and testing labs. The second floor held 50,000-sq.-ft. of office, conference rooms, a commercial kitchen, and admin spaces. This project was purposefully designed and constructed to accommodate the client's unique programming needs.
