The Pacific Center Campus expansion was a confidential client's largest recent development at its corporate headquarters in San Diego. The project included two ground-up buildings, a central plant expansion, site work and a 475,000-sq.-ft. parking structure with 1,570 stalls.

Details
Building AY is a ground-up five-story, 370,000-sq.-ft. building containing office and lab space with collaboration and social zones. Building AZ is a ground-up two-story 53,000-sq.-ft. amenities building that features a 20,000-sq.-ft. vegetated roof with edible gardens, a 299-seat auditorium for large meetings and presentations, a cafeteria with an inside/outside dining area, a fitness center, athletic field and health center.
DPR received the "Commercial Structure" award by the American Concrete Institute in 2017 for work on Building AZ, as well as ENR Best Project Award for the office/retail/mixed-use category in 2016. Both buildings achieved LEED Gold for new construction.
