Not only is the Clements Hall a historic renovation, but it is the DPR Dallas-Fort Worth first project with Southern Methodist University (SMU).

Details
The scopes on Clements Hall included interior upgrades and historical window replacements of over 200 windows in an occupied lecturing facility. In addition, to replace windows that were over 60-years-old and replicated the look with increased insulation, the project also included interior improvements around the window frames and waterproofing around the basement windows.
Due to DPR's success in implementing an air-tight safety program during construction, the team was asked to informally manage safety for the entire site for SMU.
