MicroVention-Terumo is a medical device company pioneering the development of catheter-based, minimally invasive, neuroendovascular technologies, which provide therapeutic advantages for cerebral aneurysms and other neurovascular diseases.
DPR built-out the company's main office, a 205,000-sq.-ft. building with space for offices, research and development and cleanrooms. The four-story building is a moment-framed structural steel, with a cast-in-place partial basement, curtain walls and a single-ply roof. The project also included the construction of a four-story, post-tension concrete parking garage with 822 stalls and two elevators.
