The Coca-Cola Project at Disney Springs
The Coca-Cola Project at Disney Springs | Lake Buena Vista, Florida
DPR provided preconstruction and construction services for the ground-up construction and tenant build-out of the Coca-Cola® Store at Disney Springs.
The new 18,642-sq.-ft. building was designed by Baker Barrios to replicate a 1920’s Coca-Cola® bottling plant. The building sells Coca-Cola® merchandise, offers a Polar Bear meet-and-greet experience, includes a rooftop bar and restaurant, and integrates themed and audiovisual vendors to deliver an immersive guest experience.
Constructed within the operating Disney Springs attraction, this project was constructed while surrounded on all four sides by operational retail attractions. The construction team worked tirelessly to maintain show quality while being located at the base of the guest pedestrian node. The site required third shift material loading to allow for daily construction. Through pull planning and planning efficiencies, the show quality was maintained throughout the entire construction process.
