The Standard Miami Beach Spa & Upgrades | Miami Beach, FL

Located minutes away from South Beach, the ultra-cool Standard Hotel, built in 1957, is a historic part of the Miami Beach landscape. Originally, DPR's South Florida team was engaged with the client on a larger project at the hotel, but due to logistic concerns, the owner decided to instead embark on a 22,000-sq.-ft. renovation which included upgrades to the lobby, juice bar, retail space, kitchen, and MEP equipment. A full spa revamp was also part of the scope and included steam rooms, sauna, treatment rooms and a hammam (Turkish bath).
