The current classroom program includes an auditorium, lecture halls, small to large sized classrooms and computer classrooms. Classrooms will have a total seat count between 1,900 and 2,200 in flexible collaborative teaching environments and a dedicated laboratory of teaching space for faculty exploration of emerging pedagogies.
Amenities, such as study space, will be included within public space of the building to meet the needs of the students. A Laboratory for Teaching will allow for testing and training on teaching pedagogy and technology while being adaptable for future use as a classroom. The project will target LEED Silver.
