The project consists of the buildout of a progressive co-working space with glass walls for privacy, inspiring common spaces, and all the comforts of traditional offices.

The scope of work includes the construction of new partitions, light fixtures, power and communication fixtures, and millwork. It also includes new finishes such as carpet, wall coverings and paint. Construction includes new HVAC distribution, electrical distribution, and plumbing.
