Entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, small businesses, and large enterprises can find shared workspace, community, and services at one of their locations throughout the world. DPR has built every WeWork location in Atlanta and several others across the nation. These projects have resulted in over 700,000-sq.-ft. of interior work, totaling over $60 million.
Project Scope
WeWork Colony Square is a 75,000-sq.-ft., 5-floor renovation and build-out of an existing tenant office space in an existing high-rise office building at 1175 Peachtree St. - North East (Colony Square). The project consists of a full demo and build back of progressive coworking space with glass walls for privacy, inspiring common spaces, and all the comforts of traditional offices. The scope included floors six, eight, nine, ten, and eleven with new floor-to-floor connecting stairs throughout. The schedule was extremely aggressive, but DPR delivered the space to WeWork early, facilitating a smooth move-in process and leaving the client extremely satisfied.
