To partner with WeWork's vision, DPR was chosen for their One Nashville Place project which included the renovation and build-out of more than 100,000 sq. ft. distributed between six floors in the existing iconic office high-rise in downtown Nashville’s business district.

Details

The scope of work included construction of new partitions, light fixtures, power, communication fixtures, millwork, new finishes. Also included was new HVAC distribution, electrical distribution, and plumbing with rework of the building’s existing sprinkler system to accommodate the new project conditions. DPR self-performed demolition and electrical scope for this project.
